HOW TO MAKE A CASSAVA AND SWEET POTATO COMPOTE

ingredients :
1. cassava and sweet potato
2. coconut milk
3. sugar
4. salt
5. Pandan leaves

Steps :
First, cassava and sweet potatoes by peeled.




Second, cassava, sweet potatoes and pandan leaves by washing clean.



Third, cassava and sweet potatoes by cut according to taste.



fourth, cassava and sweet potato boiled until cooked.



 Fifth, Pandan leaves, coconut milk, sugar, and salt are stirred until blended in the pan.

CASSAVA AND SWEET POTATO COMPOTE
Cassava has a Latin name manihot esculenta is a plant of root tubers or long tree roots with an average physical diameter of about 2 to 3 cm and a length of 50 to 80 cm, depending on the type of cassava varieties cultivated.Sweet potato is a kind of cultivation plant. The part that is used is the roots that form tubers with high levels of nutrients (carbohydrates). one of them by processing cassava and sweet potatoes into compote. compotte is a food from Indonesia made from cassava and sweet potatoes boiled with coconut milk and sugar. This food has become Indonesia's favorite food during Ramadan.This is how compote is made.
First, cassava and sweet potatoes are peeled and washed clean. Then cut according to taste. Then cassava and sweet potatoes boiled in a pan until cooked. Once cooked then add pandan leaves, coconut milk, sugar and salt, stir until evenly distributed. Then finally compote can be eaten.

1. Reflection In the past, I often threw house waste like plastic, paper, tissue into the river. Because in my opinion if it is thrown into the river it will be better than being burned which causes air pollution.
